Often forgotten by French chefs, very appreciated accross the channel, this biscuit is most of the time neglectfully sold dry when it should be soft. Aurélie Le Grand decided to brave the stereotypes and dedicated herself to find the perfect balance between crunch and softness to serve melting and irresistible cookies. So good that people can nothing but crave for them.
The tone was given from the beginning; there is no reason to stick with traditionnal chocolate and nuts flavours knowing that France has so much more to deliver in terms of taste and flavours. Here, we celebrate taste, natural ingredients, quality.
We use ingredients like orange peel, highly valued in chocolate “orangettes” to transform them into chips that we use in our cookies recipes.
Splinter of salted caramel, fabricated by french houses like caramel d’Isigny, are incorporated in our cookie dough recipe to fill with wonder kids and grown-up’s palate.
Flavours from the most simple to the most exquisite are offered in the shop, according to Aurélie’s mood and clients requests. Possibilities are infinite, so do not hesitate to contact us and we will create your own moment of joy, your personalised cookie.
But Aurélie do not stop there. Today’s generation is made for social interaction so Aurélie reinvented the cookie dough recipe to make it part of the cocktail parties, the “apéro” as we like to say in French. The savoury cookie in appetizer version.
Your guests will be pleasantly surprised and keen to spend good time. For every event is a season or festive cookie. Be curious, dare to try and come back for more.
Aurélie has a creative mindset:
- In 2011 : She launchs the first King cookie and paris stick cookie, a savoury cookies of oblong shape to get along with gaspachos and soups.
